Regenerative Health • Nutrition • Lifestyle

Where we remember the medicine in our meals and digest life together.

The Regenerative Table is a space for nourishment, education, and connection—rooted in the belief that your body is designed to heal when given supportive conditions.

Health is more than what's on your plate.

Food

Real, seasonal, nourishing food and practical nutrition education.

Nervous System

Rest, regulation, resilience, and space for the body to exhale.

Home & Environment

Daily surroundings and routines designed to support well-being.

Relationships

Connection, communication, community, and belonging.

Rhythm & Purpose

Living in greater alignment with your energy, values, and season of life.

When these elements work together, we create more supportive conditions for the whole person.

My Approach

Regeneration over restriction.
Curiosity over judgment.
Connection over perfection.

I take a whole-person approach to wellness, blending regenerative health education with practical nutrition, lifestyle awareness, and respect for your individual story. Together, we look beyond isolated habits and explore the patterns, environments, and daily rhythms that may be influencing how you feel.

My role is not to hand you another impossible set of rules. It is to help you better understand your body, ask thoughtful questions, and create realistic practices that can support greater resilience and well-being.

What Regenerative Support Can Explore

Looking at the whole terrain

Rather than reducing wellness to a single symptom or habit, regenerative health invites us to look at the relationships among the body's systems, daily inputs, environment, and lived experience.

Nourishment and digestion

Energy and daily rhythm

Stress and nervous-system support

Hydration, movement, and lymphatic flow

Restorative routines and environment

Sustainable habit formation

These areas are explored through wellness education and do not replace medical evaluation or treatment.

Meet Your Guide

A more thoughtful way to come back to yourself.

Annie St. Clair is the founder of The Regenerative Table and a graduate of the Institute of Regenerative Health. Her work brings together regenerative health education, nutrition, daily rhythm, environment, and the restorative power of connection.

Annie created The Regenerative Table as a place where people can step away from shame, overwhelm, and one-size-fits-all wellness advice. Her approach begins with listening—then helps clients translate complex health information into grounded, sustainable practices that fit their actual lives.
