Meet Annie St. Clair.
Founder of The Regenerative Table. A guide for people who want to understand their bodies with more curiosity, and less shame.

I believe meaningful wellness work begins by replacing judgment with curiosity. Our bodies are not problems to be disciplined into submission; they are living systems continually responding to food, stress, rest, environment, relationship, and experience.
The Regenerative Table grew from my desire to create a different kind of wellness space—one where education feels empowering, nourishment is not reduced to rules, and people are welcomed as whole human beings.

How I show up at the table.
- Curiosity before judgment
- Education before instruction
- Support without shame
- Regeneration over restriction
- Sustainable change over quick fixes
- Collaboration with appropriate healthcare professionals
- Respect for each person's autonomy
Unhurried. Personal. Honest.
Sessions feel more like a thoughtful conversation than a clinical appointment. There is space to be honest about what's actually happening in your life, and there is patience for the fact that change takes time.
You will not leave with a stack of restrictions. You will leave with a clearer picture of your own body's patterns, a few small experiments to try, and a partner who is thinking about your well-being between sessions.
Annie provides educational wellness support within her professional scope. She does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, or replace care from a licensed physician, registered dietitian, mental-health professional, or other qualified provider. Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate medical care and discuss significant dietary, supplement, or lifestyle changes with their healthcare team.
